Call for PhD Applications:
16 MSCA Doctoral Fellowships studying the EU, Democratic Institutions, the rise of Alternative MOdels, and mounting Normative Dissensus
All 16 positions offer fixed-term full-time contracts for 36 months. Hours of work are full time, a mobility schedule is associated with each position and all fellows are expected to have arrived at their hiring institution and started their contract at the latest by October the 31st, 2022.
Interested parties are invited to apply to one of the 16 different topical full-time Doctoral Research Fellowships associated with the GEM-DIAMOND research project (2022-2026).
The project
Coordinated by the Institut d’études européennes (IEE-ULB), with Professor Ramona Coman as the scientific lead, the project sets out to assess the EU’s capacity to act given the challenges facing Democratic Institutions, the rise of Alternative MOdels, and mounting Normative Dissensus (DIAMOND). Within this agenda, 16 individual and interdisciplinary research projects have been drawn up to be entrusted to 16 early-stage doctoral researchers. The Consortium includes:
