We are happy to invite you to the opening panel of the joint GEM-STONES and GEM Annual Conference 2019, hosted at the IEE-ULB on 7th-8th February 2019.

This public panel will seek to foster insights into how today’s international liberal order is fairing, with a particular concern for global and regional governance institutions, such as the EU. The panel will be followed by a drinks reception at the Institute.
